I’ve done a couple of online certs and they definitely helped me stand out a bit, especially in tech jobs. It’s like they show that you’re proactive, but honestly, nothing beats real experience. Certain fields seem to value them more, like IT or digital marketing, but in finance, I’ve noticed people still lean heavily on traditional degrees.
