What are effective time management techniques for better productivity?

Navigating the world of productivity techniques can be pretty daunting, especially when trying to figure out which ones really work for time management. I’ve been testing methods like the Pomodoro Technique and time blocking, but I’m still in search of the best strategies to help me stay focused during my study sessions.

One of my main challenges is maintaining motivation after a couple of hours of studying. I often lose track of time, which leads to a last-minute rush to finish my tasks. I’ve started using color-coded notes on my whiteboard to better visualize my workload, but I’m curious if there are more structured techniques that could streamline my workflow even further.

Has anyone had success with specific productivity methods that noticeably improved their time management? What strategies do you use to stay focused and productive during long study sessions?
